Movement assessment & tailored plan
This is used to observe your movement and functional ability and how your injury may be impacting you. This information is then used to design an personalised program to help you reduce your symptoms, improve your overall movement and mobility, while also reducing possible chance of re-injury. As you progress, we can make your program more challenging to continue your progress. You will be guided the whole way through your stages of recovery and eventually back to doing what you love with confidence in your body.
03
Education & Advice
One of the valuable tools we have as physiotherapists is the ability to provide you with evidence based, reliable and honest information and advice throughout each stage of your treatment and rehabilitation. This can include injury rehabilitation and management advice, lifestyle factors and overall health. I believe in providing you with all the important information so you an make an informed decision and help your understanding throughout your treatment.
